Input your sets, reps, and rest intervals.
During your workout, follow the audible and visual cues provided by the app for each phase of the movement.
If you cannot complete the prescribed reps in a set, use the "SKIP" function to end the set and automatically start the rest period.
For varied rep schemes, set the highest rep number for the workout and "SKIP" the sets after achieving your target reps.
